I-66 Transfer Station
In addition to the regular curbside recyclables, at the I-66 Transfer Station, you can:
- Recycle electronics

- Dispose of household hazardous waste
- Recycle Textiles (Pilot Program)
Glass Recycling
Bring glass containers to purple cans for recycling.

Vienna Quarterly Recycling Days
Generally on the first Saturday of March, June, September, and December. Check the Town calendar for specific dates.

Reston R4 Day
Reston R4 (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle, Reston) Day is a recurring, biannual (Spring and Fall) collection event at Reston Town Center where residents can recycle items such as:
- Electronics
- Paper for shredding
- Paint
- Eyeglasses
In 2025, they were held on April 22 and September 23.
