Dear Townhomes at Reston Station Residents, We would like to provide the community with an update regarding the long-awaited Block C development adjacent to the Townhomes at Reston Station. After an extended period of financial market challenges, EYA has advised the Association that it has regained financing momentum and is preparing to move forward. The project remains fully permitted, with financing expected to close this month. Construction is anticipated to begin on or around July 6, 2026, with Clark-Foulger-Pratt (CFP) serving as general contractor. EYA will be providing a detailed construction timeline and additional information regarding upcoming phases, including a fencing diagram showing the initial site layout expected for mobilization the week of July 6, 2026. Dear Townhomes at Reston Station Neighbors, As we move into the summer season, we would like to remind all residents to regularly water the landscaping and plantings located on their respective lots. To help keep these areas healthy and attractive, we recommend watering the plants in your front yard and side yard (for end units) at least three times per week for approximately 5–10 minutes per watering. Additionally, if you have planter boxes attached to your balcony railings or flower pots on your balcony or rooftop deck, please remove any dead plant material and replace it with new seasonal plantings. Maintaining these areas helps preserve the appearance of the community for all residents. We also ask that residents not store pots, planters, or other miscellaneous items behind their garages.
