Dear Townhomes at Reston Station Residents,
We would like to provide the community with an update regarding the long-awaited Block C development adjacent to the Townhomes at Reston Station.
After an extended period of financial market challenges, EYA has advised the Association that it has regained financing momentum and is preparing to move forward. The project remains fully permitted, with financing expected to close this month.
Construction is anticipated to begin on or around July 6, 2026, with Clark-Foulger-Pratt (CFP) serving as general contractor. EYA will be providing a detailed construction timeline and additional information regarding upcoming phases, including a fencing diagram showing the initial site layout expected for mobilization the week of July 6, 2026.
During construction, residents should expect increased contractor activity, construction traffic, and intermittent noise during normal working hours. Active construction areas will be clearly marked and restricted to authorized personnel only; residents and guests should remain outside all fenced or barricaded zones. EYA is also working to secure a designated off-site area for construction vehicle staging and operations, intended to avoid any impact to existing on-street parking within the community.
The Association will continue coordinating with EYA to share key milestones and any community impacts as details are confirmed. A dedicated point of contact from the developer side will be assigned for construction-related questions and coordination.
EYA has notified the HOA that a pre-construction condition survey is scheduled for tomorrow, Tuesday, June 30th, at 9:00 AM. A representative will document existing conditions in public areas surrounding the townhomes east of the site. No private property will be accessed, and this work is strictly observational in nature.
We expect to receive additional information from EYA, which we will share with the community prior to mobilization next week.
