Dear Townhomes at Reston Station Neighbors,
As we move into the summer season, we would like to remind all residents to regularly water the landscaping and plantings located on their respective lots. To help keep these areas healthy and attractive, we recommend watering the plants in your front yard and side yard (for end units) at least three times per week for approximately 5–10 minutes per watering.
Additionally, if you have planter boxes attached to your balcony railings or flower pots on your balcony or rooftop deck, please remove any dead plant material and replace it with new seasonal plantings. Maintaining these areas helps preserve the appearance of the community for all residents.
We also ask that residents not store pots, planters, or other miscellaneous items behind their garages. These areas should be kept neat, tidy, and free of stored materials.
As a reminder regarding trash and recycling containers, we understand that some residents have accidentally misplaced their containers on collection day. To help identify containers and ensure they are returned to the correct homes, please write your address on both your trash and recycling containers using a permanent marker.
Finally, please remember the community's trash and recycling guidelines:
• Containers should be placed out for collection no earlier than 7:00 PM on the evening before collection.
• Containers should be returned to your garage promptly following collection.
• Containers should not be stored outside or left in alleyways between collection days.
Thank you for your cooperation and for helping keep Townhomes at Reston Station looking its best.
Thank you,
Theoharis Management, LLC
