Transition Study Survey, Respond By September 15

Dear Reston Station Neighbors,   The Townhomes at Reston Station Homeowners Association Board of Directors contracted Thomas Downey Limited (TDL) to conduct a Transition Architectural & Engineering Study. To ensure a comprehensive analysis, TDL performs a physical inspection of the property and gathers information directly from owners regarding  common area  deficiencies.   Please take a few moments to complete the survey that was e-mailed to you by Monday, September 15th:  Kindly include any issues you have observed in the community in the survey. If you have additional comments, please include them in the "General Comments" section.   Please note that this survey addresses only items that are the responsibility of the HOA. Homeowner responsibilities/items will not be included in the transition report. The transition study focuses solely on common area issues and does not address matters within the interior of homes or individual owner responsibilities...
