HOA Newsletter. January 7, 2026. Issue 7.

HOA Updates: If you are interested in joining a committee or learning more, please email the board. The board contact is in parentheses.

 

Trash: Starting with the new year, the 18 common-area trash cans will be emptied weekly by Trash Away, the same company that handles our residential pickup. They will also pick up live Christmas trees, clean of any decorations, on Wednesday, January 14 & 21, 2026 and recycle them. 

 

Social Committee (JoAnn Kuo): Nothing to report. If you would like to host a private event in a common area, such as the picnic pavilion or concrete pad, please email the board.

 

Parking Committee (Chris Offen): Nothing to report. Report parking-related issues to the parking committee: Jason Berg (jason@bestbergs.com) and Carolyn Cochran (carolyn.cochran@yahoo.com).

 

Landscaping Committee (Tracy King): Final trimming, mulching, and leaf removal have been completed in preparation for winter. 

 

Community Transition Committee (Chris Offen): EYA continues to make repairs in common areas based items on the Transition Report by the third-party engineer, including repairing and replacing concrete and re-painting curbs yellow for fire lanes. 

 

Communication Committee (JoAnn Kuo): Nothing to report. Check out the HOA website (www.townhomesatrestationhoa.org) for helpful information. 

 

Architectural Review Committee (ARC) (JoAnn Kuo): Nothing to report. Any exterior modifications to your property must be applied for and approved beforehand.
