Dear Reston Station Owner,
The 2026 Townhomes at Reston Station HOA Annual Meeting will be held on Thursday, April 30 at 8:00 PM. The meeting will take place in person at Davio’s Restaurant, located at 1902 Reston Metro Plaza, Reston, VA 20190.
In advance of the Annual Meeting, the HOA Board and Social Committee will be sponsoring a Happy Hour at 7 PM. This is a great opportunity to catch up and connect with your neighbors. Signature drinks and light appetizers (and maybe a raffle prize) will be provided!
Chris Offen’s term on the Board expires this year. Thank you to Chris for all his hard work over the past two years. This is a call for candidates to replace Chris on the Board. The position is for a two (2)-year term, and the individual roles on the Board will be decided by the Board members after the election.
If you are interested in serving on the Board, please complete the Application for Candidacy and submit it no later than 5:00 PM EST on April 13, 2026. Please summarize your interest and qualifications in serving on the Board of Directors on your Application for Candidacy. Candidate applications will be distributed exactly as submitted.
Please note that in support of your application, you certify the following:
1. I am an owner of record and my name appears on the deed to the Lot, which is recorded in the State of Virginia land records. If the Lot is owned by a corporation, association, trust, partnership or other legal entity qualified to own real property, I am duly qualified to serve as a representative of the Owner.
2. I am not more than 60 days delinquent in any financial obligation to the Association.
3. I am willing to serve as a Director for the Association; however, if I fail to qualify for election pursuant to the Bylaws or the Association’s election procedures or timelines, or have not accurately represented information certified in this Petition, I understand that I shall be deemed to have withdrawn my name from nomination for election.
Applications must be received by April 13, 2026 at 5:00 PM EST to be included on the electronic ballot.
The purpose of the Annual Meeting is to elect one (1) homeowner to serve on the Townhomes at Reston Station HOA Board of Directors. Voting will take place electronically in advance of the Annual Meeting to ensure quorum is achieved. Prior to the voting period opening up, we will host a virtual “Meet the Candidates” town hall where you will have the opportunity to hear from candidates and ask questions before casting your vote. Additional details regarding the Annual Meeting and online voting instructions will be emailed to all unit owners of record in the coming weeks.
