Dear Townhomes at Reston Station Owners,
In preparation for this year’s Annual Meeting and Board of Directors election, we will hold a “Meet the Candidates” Virtual Town Hall tomorrow, Thursday, April 23rd at 5:00 PM. All interested Reston Station Owners are encouraged to "Zoom In" for more information from the one (1) Board of Director candidate — Rebecca Murray. There will also be an opportunity for owners to run from the floor tomorrow evening as a write-in candidate option on the electronic ballot.
As a reminder, the Annual Meeting will occur on Thursday, April 30th at 7:00 PM. The Inspectors of Election will be the electronic voting platform that we will use for the election, and the Annual Meeting will be held in person at Davio’s Restaurant. The electronic voting period will open on Friday, April 24th and close on Thursday, April 30th at 7:00 PM EST. Additional details explaining this process will follow.
We will record and distribute the Town Hall event to all owners in case you are unable to join on Thursday, 4/23 at 5:00 PM. The recording link will expire as soon as the voting period is over at 7:00 PM on 4/30. Additionally, the candidate statement will be provided on the Inspectors of Election platform so owners can refer to the statement prior to casting their vote.
Information and voting instructions will be distributed by The Inspectors of Election via email on Friday, April 24th. Please note that you will not be able to change your selection once you cast your vote and only one vote per household.
