Dear Reston Station Neighbors,   Thank you for your participation in the 2026 Annual Meeting held on April 30, 2026. The required quorum for the meeting was 20%, and 28% of the ownership was represented.   Rebecca Murray volunteered for the open position and was elected to serve a two-year term on the Board. We look forward to welcoming Rebecca to the Board and to her service alongside Tracy King and JoAnn Kuo in the coming year.   We extend our sincere appreciation to Chris Offen for his dedicated service on the Board over the past two years. His contributions during the transition period have been especially meaningful, as this is a critical phase in establishing a strong foundation for the Association, coordinating with the developer to address punch list items, and developing a comprehensive reserve study. Dear Townhomes at Reston Station Owners,   In preparation for this year’s Annual Meeting and Board of Directors election, we will hold a “Meet the Candidates” Virtual Town Hall tomorrow, Thursday, April 23rd  at 5:00 PM.  All interested Reston Station Owners are encouraged to "Zoom In" for more information from the one (1) Board of Director candidate — Rebecca Murray. There will also be an opportunity for owners to run from the floor tomorrow evening as a write-in candidate option on the electronic ballot.    As a reminder, the Annual Meeting will occur on Thursday, April 30th at 7:00 PM. The Inspectors of Election will be the electronic voting platform that we will use for the election, and the Annual Meeting will be held in person at Davio’s Restaurant.
